Our Story

Our founder, Carlos Jimenez, moved from Colombia to the United States many years ago to explore his passion for cooking. Throughout the years, Carlos worked and managed at a number of restaurants of all varieties. From sushi to hibachi to fried chicken, Carlos' passion for food took him to many places and allowed him to meet many amazing people.

After decades in the food service business Carlos knew that he wanted to open his own restaurant. He had many fond memories of cooking with his late mother, whom always encouraged him to follow his dreams. Le Gabrielle's name was inspired by his late mother Gabriella, who sadly passed before she could see his dream come true.

Our first restaurant location in Winder became an instant local favorite, and thanks to the continued support from our patrons we've been able to open a second location in Monroe.
