Pesto Chicken Au Gratin

"The Pesto Chicken Au Gratin is my recommendation! It comes with grilled chicken topped with our pesto sauce and toasted mozzarella. We serve it over a bed of our homemade red skin mashed potatoes and add some garnishes on top!"
